Villa Las Lagunas de Azahar is an idyllic private holiday retreat in the beautiful area of ??"La Fuente"; located in rural Spain near Coín and lovingly restored by a world-renowned architect.

Eagles soar over this sprawling rural property, with a private lake, streams, avocado and citrus orchards...There is much to see and explore.

The paved road to Villa Las Lagunas de Azahar is in excellent condition, please drive carefully - access to the accommodation has 200m of horizontal unpaved road through the pine forests to the "hidden valley". The views on the drive are spectacular and the location at the end of your trip is well worth the drive.

When you arrive at the villa you know you are arriving somewhere quite special... This spacious 100 year old 340 m² property was recently renovated and extended to the highest standards and is located in its own private nature reserve of 55,000 m2 in the Valley of the Springs. It has mountain and lake views, as well as great privacy in a villa away from other properties

The villa in Coín is comfortable and spacious, it has 6 bedrooms distributed in 3 houses with capacity for up to 14 people. Two of the houses are opened by default and THE THIRD HOUSE OPENS FROM THE 9TH PERSON, OF OLDER AND WITH A PRICE SUPPLEMENT.

The living area of ??the main house comprises an open plan TV room with TV screen. This room is connected to the dining room which opens to the outdoor terrace overlooking the pool.
