Within a quiet urbanization, this three-bedroom, five-bedroom house is ideal for those who want to enjoy the province of Malaga without having to give up exclusive elements such as a private pool.

You have the option of hiring central heating for your reservation. Consult the agency about prices to enable its use.

The urbanization in which the accommodation is located is spacious, quiet and with different green spaces where you can rest or walk. You can park your vehicle near the entrance door of the accommodation or on its access ramp. The accommodation's interior parking space is not available, but you can leave your car, as we have previously mentioned, on the access ramp at the gate.

With a fenced plot on its perimeter, the exterior of the house contains a porch at the main entrance and on one side, the private pool. Sunny, spacious and with outdoor furniture. Connected directly through the living room, you can always have the little ones in the house supervised when they are using the pool.

The architecture of the accommodation is made up of two floors, where a beautiful hall will take us up the stairs to the upper floor or on the ground floor to the living-dining room spaces or the large kitchen. It will also have a toilet on this ground floor.

The kitchen is spacious, and with a laundry area. You will have all the necessary appliances and kitchenware so you can prepare any type of lunch. Through a small frame it can be communicated with the dining room space of the living room, making the task of placing the table on the furniture prepared for it easy. The living room seating area is equipped with two comfortable sofas, a 32" Smart TV and a fireplace.

The entire accommodation, except the kitchen, is equipped with central air conditioning, equipment that includes the bedrooms on the upper floor. Going up the stairs we will find three bedrooms, all with a terrace (the views are different on each terrace, as well as their sizes). They all have space to store their luggage in a comfortable and orderly manner, a window with access to the corresponding terrace of each one, blinds and curtains. One of the bedrooms contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, the second two single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed.
