Rural house with private swimming pool, outdoor furniture to enjoy the views and a simple and cosy distribution. This beautiful rural house with its fully fenced plot will allow you to have the peace and quiet you desire.

The access to the property is uphill but easy to drive, the road to the house has some asphalted or concreted stretches and some unpaved stretches in some areas.

This accommodation is subject to the prior payment of a deposit or retention prior to arrival. The refund or release of the deposit will be made 48 hours after your departure and after checking the accommodation.

You will enjoy the peaceful outdoors, with private swimming pool and barbecue area. Sunsets, mountain views and a lot of peace and quiet will allow you to disconnect so that you can find yourself again.

The accesses to the Costa del Sol, Malaga city, or to Coín, with its shopping centre and pretty streets, are just a few minutes drive away, so you can go to the supermarket or eat out.

A spacious living room with open plan kitchen, establishes the family space, giving intrinsic use to every facet of the furnishings. You will also have access to a bathroom with shower and to the bedrooms.

All spaces have windows to the outside and are equipped with air conditioning.

The bedrooms also have space to store your luggage and each has a double bed. The fifth and sixth person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
