The spacious finca property between Colonia de San Pere and Arta is situated on a plain with a view of the sea.A total of 6 bedrooms with double beds and 6 bathrooms are available. There are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor and 2 on the ground floor.The rooms are all very spacious and the whole house offers a lot of space, even if it should be completely occupied. The modern, open kitchen is connected to a dining room from which there is access to the covered terrace. In both areas there is a large dining table for 12 people. The terrace also has lounge furniture.The pool area is separated from the house by a lawn and consists of a large pool, a separate heated whirlpool and the pool terrace with sunbeds. From here you have a view up to the bay of Pollenca. Finca Sardana is located in a very quiet area. The touristically developed areas are, despite the exclusive location, very easy to reach. The nightlife can be found in Cala Ratjada and the urban flair with restaurants and shops in Arta or Manacor.There are many interesting bathing bays in the surrounding area, for example Cala Torta. The kilometre-long sandy beach of the bay of Pollenca is very fast to reach.
