AIRCON-WIFI-PETSYour romantic and private hideaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Andalucía.The house has 3 bedrooms with aircon, 2 bathrooms (1 is ensuite), a cosy salon, an well-equipped American kitchen, a lovely living room and the unique outside area will truly amaze you. First of all there is a marvellous pool area with terrace and shower. There is also a covered terrace which offers fresh shade even in Summer. It is a pleasure sitting there and enjoying a drink or dine al fresco. The house has a large garden and you will find a petanque field and even a football pitch there. Around the house are shaded seating areas, a little hidden under the beautiful olive trees. There is also a car port. And hidden in the greenery, something very special, a little garden pavilion especially for the kids. Here they can play to their heart's content in the shade, in their own space.The Lofties has good WIFI and satellite-tv. There is garden furniture and sun loungers. Bed, bath and kitchen linen are provided.(Pets can be allowed but only after consultation and there is an extra fee to be paid. The ceramic footprints lead you through the narrow streets and let you share in the Moorish history of this unique village.In the typical restaurants and bars you will fall in love with the delicious typical dishes and maybe even meet the inhabitants, who are very friendly and helpful. Apart from the typical houses, the village also offers a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery (bread baked in wood ovens), an ATM, several bars and restaurants, and a free padel court. You will also find the largest Tirolina in Spain and three via ferratas.The nearest beach is Torre del Mar, just 30 km from the house. The shopping centre of Velez-Malaga, with many shops and supermarkets, is 25 km from Villa Cuatro Vientos. All 'highlights' of Andalucia, like Málaga, Cordoba (Mezquita), Ronda, Granada (Alhambra) and the Caminito del Rey in Ardales are only a daytrip away from the house. In the surroundings you can visit the mountain massif El Torcal, Nerja, (known for its Balcon d' Europa and the impressive caves) and the beautiful reservoir of Viñuela.Casa The Lofties is the perfect spot for guests who want to disconnect and spend a holiday away from the busy hotspots of the Costa del Sol. Privacy and natural beauty is waiting for you, come and enjoy it ! The Lofties has a garden, swimming pool and leisure area on the property which makes it unique. Perfect also for children and pets. The pool is surrounded by pool loungers, umbrellas, a barbecue. There are shaded areas, you can sunbathe and swim or go and read a book under an olive tree. There is a football and a jeu de boules field. There is private parking and it is all very private. Please note that pets can be allowed after consultation but that the plot is not fenced.
