This attractive holiday home combines contemporary and traditionally Spanish style. With beauty and design inside and outside, it is an ideal place to relax. Finca Almencino is devided into 2 floors and offers space for 6 people (+ 1 child). On the ground floor we find the spacious living room with 2 comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a fireplace, the large dining table, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and another small room with sofa bed (for 1 child). We get to the upper floor over 2 beautifully decorated stairs. The left staircase leads to the master bedroom with double bed and en-suit bathroom with shower. The right staircase leads us to the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and access to a private roof terrace. Outside the large private pool with sun terrace, the barbecue and a covered terrace with dining table. The entire exterior of the Finca offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. At only 4 km to the white village Cómpeta. The whole way to Finca Almencino is over a tarmac road. The last 100 m to the finca are quite steep, but you can drive there without problems with a normal car. In Cómpeta you find everything you need for your holiday: several small supermarkets, bakers, fruit and vegetable store, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, Internet café, souvenir shops, medical center, dentist, tourist information and much more.
