Villa Cas Cosinet is an old 17th century winery restored and converted into a beautiful 400 m2 property that has a spacious layout with 5 bedrooms, a swimming pool and an extensive 1000 m2 garden.

Layout of the 400 square meter house:

On the ground floor, we find an entrance hall that leads to a large living room connected to a dining room and with a separate kitchen. All these areas have direct access to the garden, which allows you to enjoy the view of the pool and be in contact with nature. Also on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, another with a double bed, as well as a complete bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub.

On the lower floor, there is another bedroom with four single beds (ideal for children) and a complete bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, we find a lounge, a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, and another bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, there is another complete bathroom with a shower and bathtub, not en-suite. The upper floor also has a large room connected to the room below and with access to a terrace.

The comfort of a fresh home is very important for an ideal holiday. Therefore, provided we will detail how the cooling appliances are distributed in the house: two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, Two have foot fans and one has a ceiling fan. In addition, there is air conditioning in the following areas of the house: the entrance, the dining room, one of the living rooms and the kitchen.

The garden of the property is very spacious and is divided into four distinct areas. In the area of access to the house, we find an area under a large vine that provides shade and freshness, and an outdoor table area ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. In the pool area, there are sun loungers on both sides for sunbathing and relaxing. There is also a barbecue area and a porch with sofas and a dining table, perfect for enjoying an outdoor dinner or just relaxing and enjoying the garden. Additionally, a complete bathroom with a shower is located in the garden, which facilitates the comfort of guests. Among the wineries in the area, the Bodegas Ribas, located in the heart of Consell, and considered one of the oldest on the island of Mallorca, dating back to the 18th century, stand out. The winery offers guided tours and wine tastings, allowing visitors to learn about the history of the winery and the winemaking process while enjoying some delicious local wines.

Explore the weekly market: Every Thursday morning, the weekly market takes place in the main square of Consell, offering a variety of local products such as fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, olives, and handmade crafts. This is a great opportunity to experience local culture and taste some of the delicious local products.

Hiking in the Tramuntana Mountains: Consell is located at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, which offer some beautiful hiking routes with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. A popular hiking route is the Puig de Consell, which takes you to the top of the highest peak in Consell and offers impressive views of the surrounding area.

The island of Mallorca and this region in particular, is also known for its beautiful and extensive cycling routes. The town of Consell is connected to several cycle paths that allow different routes to be taken, both in the mountains and on the road. What makes this villa ideal for groups of cyclists.

-Use heating/air conditioning responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close the windows and doors so that the cold or hot air does not escape.

-Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
