Description

In the southern part of Mallorca between the towns of Campos and Santanyi in a very large property is situated the farmhouse "Gallicant". The beautiful beaches of Es Trenc and Mondrago are reachable in a 10 minute drive, Palma in 30 minutes. Santanyi, the lovely market town and Cala D'Or, the well known tourstic resort, is not more than a 12 minute drive away. "Gallicant" is a lovely farmhouse in the middle of the mallorquin countryside. 1km distance to roads means a lot of tranquillity.A covered terrace leads into the dining-lounge area, both well furnished for 6-8 people. In the lounge area there is a sleep aid on the sofa for 2 person. An american kitchen, also well furnished, leads on the barbecue area.Also on the groundfloor there are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bath or shower rooms. Wonderful lawned garden with a large pool, surrounded by olive and pine trees. Sunbeds and barbecue invite to relax. ET-2503
