Description

This modern holiday home, built in 2014, is situated in a quiet setting. It is located outside of the town centre of Alcudia, near the coast. It is ideal for families with children. The highlight of the property is the refreshing pool with a ladder and the partially covered patio with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The 500 m² property is planted with local plants and palm trees. A barbecue is also at your disposal. It accommodates up to eight people on 220 m² on two floors. The spacious and bright living room is furnished with a dining table, a sectional and a flat screen television with satellite reception and a DVD player and is located on the ground floor. Integrated into the living room, is the modern, open plan kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms furnished with single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and bathroom with a window, a shower, a sink and a toilet. The upstairs is accessible via an impressive staircase and boasts two large bedrooms, each furnished with a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed and integrated bathroom. Both bedrooms have a dressing area, a bathtub in the bedroom, a separate shower and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms on the top floor has access to the balcony, which offers views of the mountains and the famous walls of Alcudia, which are lit up at night. The house has wireless internet access free of charge. It is only 100 meters to the Mediterranean and the sandy beach. Easily accessible on foot. It is about 800 meters into the town centre of Alcudia. Alcudia is well-known for its old town and its Mallorquin restaurants. We recommend a visit to the weekly Sunday market. It is about 3 km by car to Pollença, where you will find more restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. ET/3799
