Description

The detached villa, built in the year 2013, is located in a residential neighbourhood outside of the town centre of Alcudia, near the coast. The house can accommodate up to ten people on 220 m², spread over two floors. It is ideal for families with children. The highlight of the property is the refreshing pool with a ladder and the partially covered patio with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The 500 m² property is planted with local plants and palm trees. A barbecue is also at your disposal. Parking for two cars is available at the house. The spacious and bright living room is furnished with a dining table, a sectional and a flat screen television with satellite reception and a DVD player and is located on the ground floor. Integrated into the living room, is the modern, open plan kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with an additional dining table, a stove, an oven, a dishwasher a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms and a naturally lit bathroom with a shower, sink and a toilet. The bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each (0.90 x 1.90 m). A staircase leads to the top floor, where you will find an additional two double bedrooms, each furnished with a 1.80x 2.00 meter bed. Both boast an en suite bathroom with a shower tub (one is a Jacuzzi tub), a sink, a toilet and a window. One of the bedrooms on the top floor has access to the balcony, which offers views of the mountains and the famous walls of Alcudia, which are lit up at night. The house also wireless internet access free of charge. Up to four children's cots and two high chairs are available upon request. It is only 80 meters to the Mediterranean and the sandy beach. Easily accessible on foot. It is about 800 meters into the town centre of Alcudia. Alcudia is well-known for its old town and its Mallorquin restaurants. We recommend a visit to the weekly Sunday market. It is about 3 km by car to Pollença, where you will find more restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. ET/3402
