The detached villa, built in the year 2013, is located in a residential neighbourhood outside of the town centre of Alcudia, near the coast. The house can accommodate up to ten people on 220 m², spread over two floors. It is ideal for families with children. The highlight of the property is the refreshing pool with a ladder and the partially covered patio with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The 500 m² property is planted with local plants and palm trees. A barbecue is also at your disposal. Parking for two cars is available at the house. The spacious and bright living room is furnished with a dining table, a sectional and a flat screen television with satellite reception and a DVD player and is located on the ground floor. The house also wireless internet access free of charge. Up to four children's cots and two high chairs are available upon request. It is only 80 meters to the Mediterranean and the sandy beach. Easily accessible on foot. It is about 800 meters into the town centre of Alcudia. Alcudia is well-known for its old town and its Mallorquin restaurants. We recommend a visit to the weekly Sunday market. It is about 3 km by car to Pollença, where you will find more restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. ET/3402
