This great apartment with a modern style and amazing views to the sea is located in Barcarés, in the wonderful village of Alcudia. There are 2 terraces to enjoy the Mediterranean weather. The front terrace has a small garden and a BBQ. The other one with sea views at the backyard of the house is just perfect to have a large breakfast. The apartment is on the ground floor very well distributed and luminous. The sitting-dining room is a lovely place to relax or eat together. The open kitchen is well-equipped: gas stove, dishwasher, and much more. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The 78m2 apartment is just perfect for 4 people, as it has 2 bedrooms with a double bed each. One bedroom has also an additional pull-out single bed. There is one spacious bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with a baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. The idyllic town Es Barcarès has nice pebbled bays and sandy beaches, for example Mal Pas or Platja Morer Vermell. The latter is only a 10 minutes’ walk away. You can still feel the fishermen lifestyle of years ago. In Es Barcarès you will find a small supermarket and a restaurant/bar. The harbor, Puerto de Alcúdia, offers lots of leisure activities and nightlife. You can make a nice boat trip to Formentor, visit the nocturne market or try Majorcan cuisine in one of the restaurants. More things to do: visit the Sa Talaia Mountain, the chapel La Victoria, the bay Coll Baix, the old town of Pollença, the natural park S’Albufera or pass a day with your kids in the water park of Alcúdia.
