The property is fenced, ensuring privacy, though there are direct neighbors. The two-story house is thoughtfully decorated for a homely feel. From the porch, you enter the kitchen-dining area, equipped with an induction cooker, which leads to the spacious living room with air conditioning and Smart TV. The main floor also has a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, plus a convenient toilet. Upstairs, you'll find three en-suite bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Two bedrooms have double beds, and the third has twin beds. Gas central heating ensures comfort during cooler months. The house is also equipped with a baby cot and high chair for families. Located in the peaceful residential area of Barcarés in Alcúdia, the house is perfect for those who love the sea and tranquility. The nearest beach, Sa Marina, is ideal for water sports like windsurfing and kitesurfing. Alcúdia is just 2 km away, offering supermarkets, restaurants, and a variety of activities. Explore the stunning beaches of Formentor, Alcúdia, and the charming towns of Alcúdia and Pollença. Tourist license: ETVPL/12685 Pets and events are not allowed. There is exterior parking for 1 car. Note: We cannot accept guests under 23 years unless traveling as a family. Copies of all guests' passports are required. The tourist tax must be paid on-site, varying between 0.55EURO /night per guest in low season and 2.2EURO /night per guest in high season. The tax is reduced by half after the 9th day of stay.
