Inside, the two-storey house offers all the comfort you need for a restful stay, with all rooms located on the main floor (the lower floor is closed). The living-dining room has a fireplace and Smart TV, perfect for cozy evenings. The independent kitchen runs on gas and is fully equipped for easy cooking. The house includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, all with fans: two with 2 single beds each, and one with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms with showers serve this floor. A cot and high chair are available for families with babies. Located in a quiet, family-friendly area, the house is just 150 meters from Cala Es Canutells, a beautiful beach with crystal-clear waters. A sports area with football, tennis, and basketball courts is nearby, and the famous Camí de Cavalls path offers scenic coastal and inland hikes. Mahón, the capital, is also just a short drive away. Tourist license: ET3375ME Pets and events are not allowed. The tourist tax is paid on-site, ranging from 0.55EURO /night in low season to 2.2EURO /night in high season. Reduced by half from the 9th day of stay.
