This stunning property features a covered 10 x 5 meter chlorine pool with a depth of 1.6 to 1.8 meters, located on the lower floor. The lush garden is perfect for relaxing on sun loungers or enjoying a barbecue while taking in the beautiful mountain views. Spanning 500 m² over three floors, the house includes three double bedrooms on the middle floor, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two of these bedrooms have access to a porch with magnificent views. On the upper floor, a fourth bedroom offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. A cot can be provided for younger guests. In addition to the en-suite bathrooms, there is a separate toilet. The comfortable sitting-dining room is on the upper floor, ideal for dinner, watching satellite TV, or sharing laughs with friends. A staircase leads to a second living area. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a vitro hob, and you’ll have access to a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The property is equipped for year-round comfort with central heating and air conditioning. Situated in the tranquil Tramuntana mountains, Fornalutx is a charming village with fewer than 400 residents, perfect for those seeking peace and nature. The town has a small supermarket, pharmacy, and bank, with more options available in nearby Sóller, just a 15-minute drive away. The area is excellent for hiking and cycling, with picturesque nearby villages like Sóller, Valldemossa, and Deià. For sandy beaches, head to Puerto de Sóller, about a 40-minute drive away, or take the scenic old train from Sóller to Palma. Note: The fireplace is not usable. There’s an additional charge for heating the indoor pool, applicable for a minimum stay of 7 nights (optional). Pets are not allowed, and events are forbidden. Exterior parking is available for 2 cars. Tourist license: ETV/5675. A mandatory tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies, varying by season.
