The sun terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue: you can prepare your meals and dine al fresco here. Two car parking spaces are available on the 5,000 m² property. The house three bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m) and the others with two single beds each (0.90 m x 2.00 m). Furthermore, you will find three bathrooms with a shower or a bathtub, a toilet and a sink. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dining table, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave and a toaster. The living room is furnished with a television with satellite reception, a DVD player and a fireplace.
