Description

Fully air-conditioned sea view villa in a quiet, central location for up to 12 people. The villa is not visible and your privacy is protected. The large pool is surrounded by a flowering garden with tropical palm trees. A direct path leads from the house to the beach + town centre in only about 8 minutes on foot. Supermarkets, bakeries, shops, pharmacies, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. A car is not necessary. There is a bus stop nearby. It is only 20 minutes from Malaga airport to the house. You can easily travel from there by bus, train or taxi. VILLA LAS CHICAS is the perfect home for families with children, friends and groups of all ages. It offers all the amenities that discerning guests appreciate to enjoy a relaxing holiday. In addition to good facilities, a well-kept garden and views over the sea, you can expect a fantastic holiday feeling. In the garden there are comfortable seating areas, 4 large sea view terraces, refrigerator, large BBQ grill and numerous garden furniture. Around the large pool there are 10 sun loungers with drinks tables and parasols. Cosy covered seating lounges and barbecue areas provide an atmospheric holiday atmosphere and relaxing under tropical palm trees. Fountains, impressive Buddha and lion sculptures as well as a large outdoor solar shower with hot and cold water under the palm trees create a cosy atmosphere. The garden offers plenty of space for children to play. Harmonious colour and light accents come into their own in all rooms as well as in the outdoor area, and everything has been furnished with great attention to detail. The large living room with sea view, fireplace with remote control, TV, comfortable sofa, dining room and kitchen leads to a long balcony with numerous seating areas and tables around the house. Here you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the sea. Modern kitchen with a large selection of kitchen appliances and beautiful crockery. Fantastic sea views from almost all rooms. In the dining room there is a small library with books in many languages, numerous board and family games, card games as well as flyers and maps with nearby excursion destinations and city tours on offer. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, good mattresses and high-quality, colourful bed linen. Safe in the house. Bedroom with sea view, SAT-TV-HD with reception of all countries, languages and programmes, Netflix. 3 well-kept bathrooms with hairdryer, large shower, bathtub, fluffy towels. Steam sauna with bench, massage jets and integrated music system in the shower under a starry LED sky. All with a view of the tropical garden. For our ‘little guests’ we provide a high chair, cot, children's bed linen, a teddy bear to put them to sleep, toys, paddling pool, ball games and plenty of pool and beach games free of charge. Our house is very child-friendly. An additional room filled with games for the whole family is located in the outdoor area as well as large electronic darts, table billiards, table football, various sports equipment such as exercise bikes, steppers and dumbbells. Other varied activities can be found in the outdoor area and provide additional fun. Info: The hire price is valid for 10 adults. Children up to 4 years are included in the rental price free of charge. The normal capacity of the house is 10 people. An additional occupancy of 2 persons over 4 years in an extra bed is possible at any time. Please enquire. We charge a small surcharge for the extra bed/travel cot with bed linen and towels. Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to your personal consumption on the day of departure and deducted from your deposit. The villa has energy-saving lighting as well as all household appliances. If there are individual days free between a booking in the calendar, you can book these on request. The pool can be used all year round. Outdoor shower with solar and hot water. FOR THE RELAXATION OF OUR GUESTS WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES AT THE HOUSE: *Favourable car rental for our guests. Car will be brought directly to the airport or to the house on request. *Housekeeping help by the hour. *Grocery shopping for the 1st day, please send us your shopping list. *Our chef will be happy to spoil you with an excellent paella dinner, good wines and fresh baguettes or a choice of a 6-course tapas menu. Dinner is served by the illuminated pool in the evening under palm trees. Everything is freshly prepared for you using only the best ingredients. You will savour it. A culinary delight for gourmets of Spanish cuisine. Ideal for family celebrations, birthdays, parties or to round off a nice evening with a good glass of wine. *Professional masseur comes to the house and pampers you with soothing relaxation and body massages in a pleasant atmosphere by the pool under palm trees with relaxing music. *Private motorboat/sailboat trips to the open sea to see the dolphins. You are among yourselves and can swim in the sea. You will be spoilt on board with free drinks of your choice and small snacks. Hip music and a good atmosphere await you on board. A highlight for young and old. There is a small separate flat with separate access to the house. This is occasionally used by the property manager or his deputy. The property management does not use the garden, pool or terraces. This is only permitted to our guests. The property management is an additional service for our guests and is responsible for cleaning, pool and garden maintenance as well as repairs to the house. The property management will be happy to assist you with any questions, special requests or problems. INFOS about the CITY: FUENGIROLA is a vibrant city right by the sea near Marbella. It is one of the most attractive and popular holiday areas on the Costa Del Sol. The city centre has an excellent infrastructure and meets the highest standards. Many large modern shopping and leisure centres invite you to enjoy exclusive shopping with an extraordinarily wide range of variety. There are markets and festivals several times a week. The large fish market is located at the harbour with exclusive yachts and ships. All markets are active in summer and winter. Romantic horse-drawn carriages and a ‘slow train’ that runs right through the city will show you the sights of the lively city centre. Exclusive shops and many Andalusian beach bars with fabulous Spanish cuisine are located around the seafront promenade and invite you to stroll around. Bars, casinos, trendy discos and dance clubs for all ages provide plenty of entertainment. Our kilometre-long sandy beaches have been recognised as one of the most beautiful and cleanest. NIGHT LIFE: The town offers a very lively nightlife. The entertainment centre is located around the marina, in the town and on the beach promenade with trendy bars, discos and live music. SPORTS OFFERINGS + ANIMATIONS on site: Golf, tennis, jet skiing, motor boating, diving, water skiing, bumblebee, wake boarding, knee boarding, banana rides, tubing, sumo suits, paragliding, parasailing, bungee jumping, horse riding, extensive hiking and much more. There is also a large cart track nearby and plenty of entertainment for the little ones around the beach with large aqua and amusement parks, a large zoo, adventure park, go-kart tracks, pony rides and trampolining. There is a year-round amusement park on the beach promenade with lots of carousels. Fun for everyone. Many weekly concerts by well-known stars, festivals, bullfights and local fiestas are also very popular. Golf courses are nearby and can be played all year round. We record temperatures of up to 25+ from November to April. Our pool is open all year round. You can ski in the mountains of SIERRA NEVADA, which has a snow-sure ski area, or sunbathe on the beach. Whether sunbathing in December or skiing in the mountains of Granada, everything is possible with us. Many festivals and traditional Spanish processions take place over EASTER, a highlight in Andalusia that is celebrated in style. During CHRISTMAS there are many festivities, which are very popular. On request, we are happy to decorate the house festively for you with a large Christmas tree. On SILVESTER there is a big beach party with fireworks on the beach.
