Just a pedestrian walk from the beach, this bright and cozy holiday apartment located in one of the best areas of Fuengirola, its promenade located on Avenida Rey de EspaƱa. This area, in addition to having a long and wide beach, has a wide range of entertainment venues, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and even playgrounds and playgrounds.

Road communication to the different parts of the province of Malaga is excellent, and even on the busiest days you can be on the highways to Marbella or Malaga in just 10 minutes.

The apartment is located in a quiet urbanization, it has a community pool with a lifeguard in high season and common spaces to rest or read a book.

Located on the second floor, from the cozy terrace you can have breakfast watching the sunrise over the sea.

At the entrance of the accommodation you will have a large living room with a modern American kitchen with space to have lunch in it and equipped with everything you need so that no lunch can be resisted. It also has a dishwasher.

This living room gives you access to the terrace and the master bedroom. It also has a sofa bed and thanks to the WI-FI connection you can enjoy your favorite series on the internet or telework for a few hours if necessary.

The bedroom has enough space to house your luggage in a comfortable and orderly manner, it has a window to the outside that provides very good light to the room. You can sleep in a comfortable double bed.
