This holiday home is located in the quaint town of Güevejar near Granada and boasts a garage and a community playground, which is also accessible to residents of the other houses on the property. The owners live nearby and are available should any questions arise.

There is a bus stop just 150 meters from the house. This bus stop serves central Granada, where you can visit the famous sights on foot. The house is also an ideal base for visiting the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada, the Alpujarras and the Costa Tropical. Several restaurants, a gas station, a pharmacy, a bakery, a butcher and a supermarket are located in the vicinity of the house.

This two storey holiday home boasts three large bedrooms with built in closets on the top floor. One bedroom is furnished with a 1.50 m double bed with a bathroom with a shower and a small balcony, the second bedroom is furnished with a 1.35 m double bed and the third bedroom is furnished with three single beds. On this level, you will also find a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room (30 m2) with a sofa, a dining table for seven and a flat screen television. The separate kitchen offers a breakfast nook, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker. On this floor you will also find a toilet and a patio with outdoor furniture, as well as a barbecue and a laundry area. An additional bed, a crib and a high chair are available upon request.
