Cozy holiday home halfway between Inca and Mancor de la Vall. Perfect location as a starting point for cyclists and hikers who want to enjoy the extensive Tramuntana mountains and the Raiguer Mallorquín. There are countless corners and charming mountain villages to visit, including Caimari, Moscari and of course Mancor de la Vall. Although Inca is not as pretty as other residential areas, it is a large city that will be useful because of its proximity. There you will find all the necessary services, big supermarkets, a variety of restaurants, bus and train stations that connect the entire island. One of the big attractions is of course the weekly market, which takes place on Thursdays. The plot has 2500 m2 and the house has 100 m2 of living space, with two double bedrooms with air conditioning, and two bathrooms, one of this is en suite. There is also a comfortable sofa bed for a fifth guest. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and everything you need. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. There are also electric radiators and a fireplace for the winter. A large, furnished veranda offers you the opportunity to eat until late at night even in the light of the Mallorcan moon. The pool measures 8 m x 4 m and the depth ranges from 1 m to 1.90 m and is surrounded by a cozy terrace.
