The property is fenced for privacy, though it is in a neighborhood with direct neighbors. Inside, the accommodation is designed for functionality and comfort. The bright living-dining room is equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace, making it a cozy space for relaxation while watching satellite TV or enjoying a book. The kitchen includes an induction cooker, and the laundry room is fitted with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, each with twin beds, air conditioning, and closets; one features a pellet stove and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
