The property is fenced for privacy, though it is in a neighborhood with direct neighbors. Inside, the accommodation is designed for functionality and comfort. The bright living-dining room is equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace, making it a cozy space for relaxation while watching satellite TV or enjoying a book.
