The flat includes a bright living-dining room with AC and TV, an open-plan gas kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, and additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, fan, and electric radiators (extra available on request). For families with babies, a cot and high chair are provided. Located in the Arenal Beach area of Jávea, this property is just steps from the most popular beach with fine sand and shallow waters. Jávea offers cultural experiences, including the Moors and Christians festival, the route of the riu-raus, and beautiful natural spots like Granadella cove. For sports enthusiasts, options include diving, sailing, hiking in Montgó Natural Park, and golf. The pool is open from 10:00 to 15:00 and 17:00 to 22:00 (June to September).
