Magnificent villa located a few meters from Cala Montgó and the Natural Park of Montgrí, a privileged enclave, because it allows you to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscapes that surround it. It is also the perfect place for activities such as diving, cycling, trekking, paddle surfing, and much more.
The house is distributed over 2 floors. At the street level there are two private parking spaces. Entering the house, and going down some stairs is a large living room, the open kitchen with a high dining table. The two rooms overlook a large terrace, equipped with a variety of garden furniture and a beautiful view of the sea, the perfect place for your meals with friends and family.
Going down some stairs, there is a room with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. A room with a double bed and a single bed. A room with a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. And a toilet. The rooms overlook the terrace below, where you can enjoy the overflowing pool and the ocean view.
In total 7 people can be accommodated: in 3 double beds and 1 single bed.

Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 400) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 9,90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.
