This villa with capacity for up to 10 people is rented in l'Escala, in the beautiful area of Empúries. It is located just 100m from the famous Empúries Ruins Museum and about 150m from the beach.
Montgri Natural Park is 5.2 km away and the historic center of l'Escala is 3 km away.
The accommodation is distributed on a single ground floor but it has stairs that lead to an upper terrace with a chill out area and views of the sea. The villa is surrounded by a large garden in an environment of pine trees and nature, with a grill for cooking without fire and a table with an umbrella to enjoy a pleasant meal outdoors.
The surface of the accommodation is 184 square meters, distributed in four rooms: two doubles with an independent entrance, which share a bathroom, one double with a bathroom with access from inside the house and one that has two bunk beds located next to the third bathroom of the villa, all of them with shower.
The kitchen is open to the living room. It is fully equipped with electrical appliances and utensils, it has a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and everything you need to cook. The living room also connects with an exit to the outside, where there is a porch where you can also enjoy a pleasant dinner or simply have a drink.
This accommodation has air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. It also has parking on the same plot for two or three cars.
The villa does not have a television, It is an idyllic place to disconnect and relax.
Admission: from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sunday or on holidays contact the agency. The key collection place: the agency. A deposit as a security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the price of final cleaning.
