The penthouse is located on the 4th floor and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. A modern furnished apartment with 88 m² and a 15 meter long terrace facing east and south awaits you.
The penthouse is furnished with every comfort, you are offered a fully equipped American-style kitchen, from the large air-conditioned living room you have access to a cozy winter garden with sea views. 2 bedrooms, one with stunning sea views and access to the terrace. The apartment has a modern bathroom. Another sleeping option is a sofa bed. The penthouse is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator available.
A parking space on the property is available free of charge.
A large garage can be reserved in the same house.
The weekly market takes place on Wednesdays. La Mata is characterized by a very good infrastructure. Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, bank, butcher, fishmonger, restaurants, cafes and other small shops are within walking distance. The festivals are held in the market square, which is lined with cafes and restaurants.
From the apartment you can reach the 12 km long sandy beach in about 2 minutes. Here you have wonderful bathing opportunities for small and large guests.
The way to the beach is through the promenade, from which you have the option to walk north towards the dunes of Guardamar. To the south, it leads over the dune park (Parque Molino del Agua).
In addition to the beautiful sandy beaches, the area offers many other opportunities for activities. A visit to the Laguna La Mata Natural Park is recommended. Depending on the season, here you can see different species of birds and flamingos. With its nature reserves and pine forests, the region invites you to take long walks, hikes or bike rides. (Bike rental is in town). Port cities that are worth seeing, such as Torrevieja or Alicante, invite you to take a walk. Interesting cities like Elche with the palm garden, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or Murcia, Cartagena, La Manga are in the area. A trip to the pirate island of Tabarca is also recommended. Beautiful golf courses, water amusement parks, go-cart track, and a western town are nearby.
