The beautiful corner apartment is on the third floor and offers fantastic views of the sea. A well-furnished apartment with 44 m² and a balcony with 6 m² awaits you. The apartment is oriented to the east. Fantastic views to the sparkling sea.
The charming apartment is equipped with all comforts and can accommodate 4 people. From the large living room you have a direct view of the sea. 1 bedroom with a double bed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is an elevator available. It has air conditioning in the living room.
The weekly market takes place on Wednesdays. La Mata is characterized by a very good infrastructure. Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, bank, butcher, fishmonger, restaurants, cafes and other small shops are within walking distance. Festivals are held in the market square, which is lined with cafes and restaurants.
From the apartment you can reach the 12 km long sandy beach in about 2 minutes. Wonderful bathing opportunities for small and large guests.
The path to the beach is via the promenade, from which you have the option of walking north towards the Guardamar dunes. To the south, it drives over the dune park (Parque Molino del Agua).
In addition to the beautiful sandy beaches, the area offers many other opportunities for activities. A visit to the Laguna La Mata Natural Park is recommended. Depending on the season, here you can see different species of birds and flamingos. With its nature reserves and pine forests, the region invites you to take long walks, walks or bike rides. (Bike rental is in town). Port cities worth seeing, such as Torrevieja or Alicante, invite you for a walk. Interesting cities such as Elche with the palm garden, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or Murcia, Cartagena, La Manga are located in the area. A trip to the pirate island of Tabarca is also recommended. Beautiful golf courses, water amusement parks, go-kart track and a western town are nearby.
