This beautiful villa has four bright bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a spacious living room with a cosy fireplace that adds a touch of distinction to the ambience, as well as a television and a delicate decoration. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a dining area.

If you wish to enjoy the outdoors, the outdoor area has furniture, sunbeds and an umbrella to relax by the pool, enjoying an aperitif or a splendid barbecue with your loved ones. This property is the ideal place to enjoy the summer evenings.

Ses Palmeres is a quiet area, ideal for families, and located less than 10 minutes by car from the Arenal, the touristic area par excellence of Majorca. A few kilometres away you will also find some of the best beaches and coves of the island. All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.

This house has air conditioning in 3 bedrooms and in the living room. However, it does not have heating.

Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.

Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
