The exteriors are perfect for enjoying the views of the town and the countryside. There is an 8 x 4.5 m pool for you to cool off, 6 deck-chairs to relax, and a garden to play or to simply walk around the different fruit trees nearby. There is a porch of 9 m2 with a barbecue where you can cook delicious dishes for your family and friends, and you can enjoy them on the 24 m2 terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a tent. This 170 m2 house is divided into two floors and accommodates 7 people. There are four bedrooms: one on the ground floor with air conditioning, mountain views, and an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bath; and three more double bed bedrooms on the first floor, with air conditioning, too. There are two bathrooms for the rest of the house, one with a bath on the ground floor and another with a shower on the first floor. A crib is available in case you need one. You can relax in the two living rooms of the house: one of them is quieter and equipped with four sofas, satellite and TV; and the other, part of living-dining room with fitted kitchen, has a table, chairs, two sofas and air conditioning.
