Modern and elegant Villa Son Calet, is located in a very pleasant area between the villages of Muro and Llubí.

The house has all the amenities that guests may need today, with modern touches and very good taste has been furnished and decorated throughout the property with high quality materials.
You will find the village of Muro about 5 minutes by car, also about 12 km from the local beach.
The house has 180 m², three bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the other has two single beds and there are two bathrooms with shower.
The spacious and bright living and dining room invites you to relax. The kitchen is large and adds to the dining area in an open, spacious and bright concept where you can spend really nice time with family and friends.

Outside, there is a 270 m² terrace with comfortable and modern garden furniture, a beautiful barbecue area, perfect to spend pleasant evenings in the sun and enjoy delicious meals, and a large swimming pool with a waterfall for endless refreshment.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included ( 3 kw/day and person)
- Heating according to consumption (1,15 €/Litre)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
