It provides beautiful views of the Serra de Tramuntana (mountain range in the north of the island of Mallorca), recently declared a World Heritage Site for its great natural wealth.
The house, decorated in a rustic style and very cozy, consists of two floors, on the ground floor there is the living room with kitchen and a bathroom with shower, and, on the other hand, on the first floor you will find two bedrooms, beautiful and bright, one of them with a jacuzzi.
The property is surrounded by terraces where you can sunbathe, read or simply enjoy
of the tranquility of the area.
As mentioned before, it is located in a beautiful area surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing.
On the other hand, if you want to spend a holiday with children, it is exactly what you are looking for, since it has a large plot of land with plants and trees that is completely private and far from the masses.
It is located in a quiet area but very close to the most beautiful beaches on the island (about twenty minutes by car), Can Picafort and Alcúdia, known for their kilometers of white sand and crystal clear waters. In addition, you can enjoy the best summer atmosphere, a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets.
Another feature of the house is that it is environmentally friendly: the electrical system
It is solar powered and the water supply is also completely natural.
All our houses are carefully cleaned so that our guests are protected against covid.
An additional cleaning and laundry fee will apply to all stays of less than 7 nights.
Check-in and check-out is flexible, as long as there are no other reservations, in which case check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.
