- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed.

This fantastic Villa is ideal for families & kids.  Set in Bahia Grande village, a quiet residential area with spectacular views of Palma Bay, its own secluded cove and close to the best beaches in Mallorca.

Charmingly decorated and very spacious you will find a large main entrance to the house which leads into a lounge / chill out area with Satellite TV & Free wifi from here you can access the enormous terrace which surrounds the entire house.  On the otherside of the main entrance a large dining room area for more than 6 people.

The Villa offers 3 double bedrooms (two of them with air conditioning) equipped with baby cots if needed and 2 family sized bathrooms.

Also you will find a large fully equipped family kitchen and adjacent laundry area.

The Villa on one floor, also has a garage where you will find bikes and a number of activities & toys to keep the kids entertained.

Outside gets even better a large terrace surrounding most of the Villa prepared for al fresco dining and areas to relax, a built in BBQ, a huge pool, gardens and a small play park.

Within 5 minutes walk you will be in the heart of the village where you can find supermarkets, bars & restaurants.

Close to the airport and many of the best coves and beaches in Mallorca ( Cala Pi, S Arenal) Bus transport is available though we recommend car hire in order to enjoy the island fully.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  € 40 surcharge for arrivals after 21:00.   € 50 surcharge for arrivals after 00.00 hrs at night and on request. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:

BOOKED FLIGHTS MUST LAND IN PALMA BEFORE 9:00 PM. THE COLLECTION OF KEYS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AT ANY TIME (FLIGHT DELAYS, DELAYS IN THE COLLECTION OF THE RENTAL CAR, ETC) BUT THE ARRIVAL WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON FLIGHTS THAT LAND IN PALMA AFTER 9:00 PM. 

The price includes 300kw of electricity consumption. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out and in case of exceeding 300kw the extra kw will be charged at 0.30€/kw. 

A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required. 

The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

'NO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED'.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.   

The “ECOTASA” (balearic tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. 

It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.
