Beautiful and cozy villa with swimming pool in the middle of nature.

This beautiful property is located near the city of Llucmajor, where you will find all the services: restaurants, supermarkets, banks, gas stations, etc. Playa de Palma and Cala Blava are only 8 km away.

The exceptional finca has 180 square meters of living space and is prepared for 9 people. Upon entering the house, you enter the cosy living / dining room, followed by the beautiful & fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 sofas, satellite TV and WiFi, as well as a fireplace, cooker and air conditioning.
There are 3 bedrooms available in the basement (one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds each) and 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the outside area.
All rooms have fans.
The upper floor is designed as a separate studio and even has its own entrance. There is a large living room with 2 sofa beds and 2 single beds. A private bathroom with bathtub.
The studio is equipped with air conditioning and for the cold season, also with a wood fireplace.

Near the main house there is a small outdoor kitchen with barbecue .
In the beautiful garden, fruit trees and several cosy living areas.

The 9x4m saltwater pool is ideal for refresh yourselves on hot summer days.
The pool is fenced in and therefore ideal for a holiday with younger children.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
