House:
The house features a private 10 m x 5 m chlorine pool, with depths ranging from 1.1 m to 2.1 m, perfect for refreshing swims. Surrounding the pool is a terrace with 8 sun loungers and an outdoor shower, ideal for sunbathing. Enjoy friendly competitions at the pool table or relax on the spacious 100 m² porch, complete with a barbecue for evening meals. Two horses live on the property, which you can visit (but not ride), and the owner comes daily to feed them, so you won’t need to worry about their care. Inside, the comfortable sitting-dining room invites you to watch satellite TV or a DVD, while a cozy fireplace adds a romantic touch in winter. The colorful kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and everything needed to whip up delicious meals. The laundry, shared with the owner, includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house offers two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, with one double featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. All bedrooms have fans, and a cot and high chair are available. In addition to the en-suite, there’s a separate shower bathroom. Central heating ensures comfort year-round, and solar panels promote eco-friendly energy use. Set in the countryside yet only a few kilometers from the coast, the villa is located in Llucmajor. The village center has all the amenities for self-catering. Nearby beaches include Cala Blava, Es Trenc, and Sa Rapita, known for their stunning waters and sands. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy courses at Son Antem or Marriot, just a short drive away. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 unless part of a family. Copies of passports are required for booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Exterior parking is available for 3 cars. Tourist license: ETV/7180. A mandatory tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid in cash upon check-in, varying by season.
