Impressive beach house located less than 1 minute walk from Pedregalejo beach. With a coastal-style decoration with rustic and modern touches, white bases, rustic plastering, wood and natural fibers make this house the perfect place to disconnect with family or friends. Capacity for 12, two living rooms with fireplace, two kitchens, 3 bathrooms, terrace on the first floor and terrace on the roof with a small pool, sea views, solarium and barbecue. The house has two floors. Ground floor with living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, one of them with a double shower and 4 double bedrooms. The second floor has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, terrace, a double bedroom and the third bathroom. The upper terrace has a small pool, a solarium area with views of the sea, a barbecue area with a large family table. Pedregalejo, an old fishermen's neighborhood in the east of Malaga. Pedregalejo has historically been the sum of two neighborhoods: Pedregalejo and Valle de los Galanes. However, today the entire area between Baños del Carmen and Arroyo Jaboneros is known as Pedregalejo, including the beaches of Pedregalejo and Las Acacias. It is barely 10 minutes by car from the city center and is possibly one of the areas of Malaga where there are more beach bars and terraces by the sea.
