We enter the house via a veranda which has a pretty tree, providing welcome shade over a large table which can seat 8 people and is ideal for breakfast or lunch. Next to the table is a modern barbecue. Behind the house is a pool which was originally built in days gone by to take advantage of an antique well providing water via a small aqueduct. From the pool area there are lovely views of the countryside and crop fields surrounding the house. Next to the pool we find a lawned area with hammocks and a sunshade and surrounded by trees. On the ground floor there is an attractive living room with two sofas, a television and a staircase leading to the upper floor. On the right side of this floor there is a spacious dining room with an arched fireplace and a large table. Next to this is the kitchen which has a rustic touch but has been fully restored and comprises dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all the kitchenware you will need.
