ENVIRONMENT AND LOCATION
Located in the Cabopino marina in Marbella and with direct access a few meters from the beach. The great advantage of this penthouse is the perfect combination between its location on the beach, nautical port, nature, with various services (restaurants, etc.) and excellent communications.
You will enjoy natural landscapes such as the Artola Dunes, a unique ecosystem in the province of Malaga. With a wooden walkway you can take long bike rides or walk with a route that reaches the Roman Bridge in Marbella. These walkways will also allow you to access the beaches in the area, considered among the best in the province of Malaga. Their orientations offer unique sunsets, where at certain times of the year (between January and May) the sun hides under the sea. . The rest of the year, and no less beautiful, will have sunsets over the mountains that surround the entire area of ??Marbella.
The gastronomic offer in the area is varied, from international restaurants to beach bars, some of them with an extensive menu of seafood, and where you can request hammocks and umbrellas (at a separate cost).
Within the urbanization they have two swimming pools at their disposal, both just 3 minutes from home and with large green areas, hammocks at no cost to the user, and toilets. Access is with keys and codes, which are only available to residents of the urbanization.
At the marina, you can request a mooring (you must arrange it yourself) or rent a small boat, jet ski or different forms of maritime recreation thanks to the companies that operate in the port.
The urbanization has a taxi rank and public transportation services. If you have a vehicle, in a few minutes you can reach the A-7 highway that connects with any point on the Costa del Sol.
To purchase food and belongings, we recommend the Elviria area towards Marbella, which is a few km away by car. There are supermarkets there, such as Lidl or Mercadona. There is a 24-hour pharmacy arriving at Cabopino from Marbella. For a quick purchase you can go to the minimarket located in the same urbanization next to the port.
We inform you that the beaches of Cabopino have a naturist bathing area, although you have to walk along the shore or along the walkways to access it.
INTERIOR OF THE FIRST FLOOR ACCOMMODATION
The layout of the accommodation is not prepared for people with reduced mobility, due to the flights of stairs it has to access the different floors.
At the entrance we have a first flight of stairs in which we leave behind the small hall that houses a shoe rack and a coat rack. Climbing this staircase, we access the living room, which shares space with the American-style kitchen, although what will surprise you most are the views of the marina, the sea and the beach.
All the furniture has a modern and functional character, with a fiber optic internet connection, to watch television and follow your favorite series. A bed can be opened on the sofa, which has sheets, pillows and a duvet, in case the occupancy reaches its maximum, which is 6 people.
The kitchen is very practical, with storage space, and fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances to cook to your liking..You can share lunch and dinner times at the high table located on the left, which will give you a natural access to one of the two glazed terraces.
This terrace is equipped with another outdoor table, where you can enjoy the sea breeze. Please pay attention to the instructions for use when checking in to open or close the glass panels of the terrace.
In the living room you will see a fireplace, but it is not enabled for use for security and community maintenance reasons.
As a safety feature for the little ones, the living room has an extendable barrier to prevent access to the stairs going down or up to the rest of the floors.
INTERIOR OF THE SECOND FLOOR ACCOMMODATION
On this second floor we will find two spaces behind a small hall, one of them the master bedroom, which houses a double bed, has an exterior window, and has a large closet to store your luggage safely and orderly. You will see that there is also a built-in wardrobe, but it is only for storing cleaning products.
On this same floor we will find a fantastic bathroom with a newly renovated shower tray, spacious, bright and with spectacular views at sunset.
INTERIOR OF THE THIRD FLOOR ACCOMMODATION
Perhaps this is one of the best attractions of this fabulous accommodation, a large covered and glazed terrace, with garden furniture that will be the greatest meeting point for the family during their vacation. You will enjoy it at any time of the day, you can unfold the ceiling panels if you want more air and open the glass windows. For all this use, remember to pay attention to those responsible for your entry into the accommodation who will inform you how to do the entire process so that there is no future damage in the use of the facilities.
