With direct access to the sea, a large terrace and a garden with spectacular views, this villa offers a perfect setting to enjoy your holidays. It also has a spacious plot with parking for two vehicles, a real luxury in this area.

Imagine waking up to the sound of the sea and taking a morning swim before breakfast. The orientation of the plot ensures sun in the mornings and refreshing shade on the porch from midday onwards. Even if you have a car, you can also opt for the public transport that runs along the Costa del Sol, facilitating visits to places of interest such as Fuengirola, Torremolinos and Malaga.

Important Details:

- Access to the Property: The accommodation available for rent is the ground floor of the villa. The upper floor is enclosed and not accessible to guests.
- Extras: A paddle surf board is available for guests to enjoy the sea when conditions permit. Its use is the responsibility of the user, and replacement in case of damage is not guaranteed.

Distribution of the accommodation:
As you enter, you will find a small hallway leading to two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a single bed, both with windows to the outside and space to store your luggage. Before you reach the spacious living-dining room, with access to the terrace, you will find the kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals comfortably.

The living-dining room, decorated with modern furniture, is the perfect place for family gatherings when you are not enjoying the beach or the terrace. It has cosy sofas and a dining table, all with sea views. From here, there is access to two further bedrooms, both with double beds and windows to the outside. Between these bedrooms is a spacious bathroom with shower.
