Surrounded by greenery and set in a peaceful, fenced property with no neighbors, tranquility is assured. This 400 m² home spans three stories and combines simple, comfortable furnishings with all the amenities to make you feel at home. The open-plan living area includes a cozy lounge with satellite TV, sofas, and a wood stove, as well as a dining area for 12 people. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas stove, oven, wood oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and a small table for helpers. A laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms, a closet, a fan, and a shower bathroom.
