This charming house offers a unique blend of countryside tranquility and village convenience, located just 300 meters from the center. The beautifully landscaped exterior features a delightful chlorine pool, measuring 8 x 3 meters with a depth of 1.5 to 1.8 meters, perfect for swimming or lounging on one of the six sun loungers. Enjoy reading under the thatched sunshade or gather around the large outdoor barbecue area for memorable meals with family and friends. Inside, the ground floor boasts a cozy living-dining room with comfortable seating and satellite TV, alongside a spacious traditional kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. There’s also a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Upstairs, you'll find a third bedroom with two single beds and access to a terrace, plus a bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom includes a wardrobe, space for a cot, a high chair, and a fan. A laundry room with an ironing board, iron, and washing machine is also available. Moscari is a quaint village at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, ideal for experiencing local traditions and outdoor activities like hiking and biking. After a day of exploration, consider dining at the local restaurant, Sa Plaça.
