Description
Beautiful little house at the foot of the mountain, with unbeatable panoramic views. The villa belongs to Moscari, a charming little village in the interior of the island.
The house is located on a large totally private plot of 21,000 m2. Upon entering the farm you can breathe tranquility and feel a great contact with nature.
The house is small but well distributed. There are 75 m2 distributed in large living-dining room, with satellite TV and Wifi; fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with large windows and fantastic views and two full bathrooms, one of them en-suite.
There are 3 air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living -dining room. There's also a safe.
But surely the strong point is the outside area. There's a fantastic porch with wide open views of the mountains of the Tramuntana mountains. The "infinity" pool measures 8 per 5 meters and is surrounded by a large lawn. There are fruit trees.
At about 80 meters from the house and the garden, the owner has some animals: sheep, rabbits, a turkey and some chickens. Our smallest guests love to accompany the owner to feed them.
Moscari, is a small town of no more than 400 inhabitants. It is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, between Selva and Campanet. The "Moscariencs", as those who live there are called, are simple and hospitable people. The beauty of its surroundings offers countless plans, excursions and walks.
This house is ideal to enjoy the summer of Mallorca, but also to know its less warm season, to discover the richness of its mountain, both on foot and by bicycle. ET / 2789
