Located in a traditional village street with spectacular views, this four bedroom house offers guests everything they may need to enjoy life in a Majorcan village.
The house offers spectacular views of the Bay of Alcudia: Playa de Muro and Can Picafort from both the rooms and the entrance.
Access is via a corridor with a high chiseled roof, the interior of the house has been finished to the highest standard. The owners have used only the best local materials.
The lounge, with stone walls is well furnished and has satellite TV and high speed wifi.
It gives access to the traditional stone kitchen, which is rustic in style but fully equipped.
All four bedrooms are beautifully furnished. Three of them offer double beds and impressive en-suite bathrooms. A fourth bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has a bathroom with shower.
It has an upper terrace with informal seating, sunshade and views of the pool and patio.
On the ground floor there is a garden with a cozy pond surrounded by a solarium with grass.
The covered part of the terrace has an impressive wooden table, a fresh water well and sun beds, a large barbecue and a summer kitchen, or second kitchen with beams and can accommodate up to 12 people.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
