This beautifully maintained finca offers a slice of paradise in Mallorca. The expansive lawn surrounds a stunning 9 x 4.5-meter pool, with depths ranging from 1.20 to 1.60 meters, complemented by six sun loungers and a parasol. Children will delight in the playground equipped with swings and a slide. After a day of fun, rinse off in the outdoor shower before gathering for a barbecue under the porch, then unwind in the cozy chill-out area. Accessed from the garden, the kitchen features an induction cooktop, while the living room boasts comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Both spaces include tables and chairs for meals. A laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available. The finca offers three air-conditioned bedrooms: two with double beds—one with a wardrobe and the other with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub. The third bedroom has two twin beds. A cot and high chair are available for families, and a second bathroom with a bathtub serves the other rooms. Located in Muro, you’ll find basic services like supermarkets and restaurants, with the sandy beach in Can Picafort just a 10-minute drive away. Can Picafort offers a lively summer scene with various dining and nightlife options, while spring brings a tranquil atmosphere ideal for biking and long walks. Please note that guests under 25 years are not accepted unless traveling as a family. Copies of all guests' passports are required for booking. Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited.
