Fantastic newly renovated house with private pool and garden very close to Palma de Mallorca and with access to direct road to the Sierra de Tramuntana with capacity for up to 6 people. Ideal for families and / or cyclists

The main house has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds), two bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen.

In the outside area of ??the house you can relax by the pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and the garden surrounded by fruit trees. The pool, terrace, garden, parking, a bathroom are located right in front of the house. It is a very quiet area so you can enjoy your stay in a fantastic place with all the peace and quiet.

Pool towels not included.

This beautiful finca is located in Establiments just 5 km from the city and Palma de Mallorca, just by taking a bus (stop 50 meters from the house) reach the city in about 10-15 minutes. In fact belongs to the municipal term of Palma, but it is a very quiet area next to the Sierra de Tramuntana. In Establiments you will find shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

** The rules in this property are very strict: parties prohibited and beware of noise, since it is a residential area, if these rules are not met, the entire deposit will be penalized. Tourist tax (€2/adult/day) and Cleaning Fee (€150) to be paid on arrival. This property is recommended for families or groups that want peace of mind, for groups under 30 years of age an extra deposit of €500 will be required, in addition to the €500 normally required.

Rules:

- It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.

-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.

-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa

-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.

-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.

Reservation Conditions:

- Visitors must pay a deposit before arrival, of 500.00 Euros, which will be returned after departure.

- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid upon arrival in cash.

- Please note that check-in has an extra cost from 9:00 p.m. onwards, €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival.
