Attic Apartment (with tourist license number TI / 170) in a building located in the centre of Palma with three terraces; Perfectly located in a lively area in the old town but with the tranquility of being a street with hardly any traffic, it has spectacular views of the entire city from its highest terrace.
This is a duplex, on the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a dining room with a table and 6 chairs plus a sofa bed. It also has a balcony on this level with outdoor table and chairs.
Accessing by the spiral staircase, you will reach two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) plus a bathroom with a shower. They will also have access to the second furnished terrace and through which an external staircase leads to the highest terrace, from where they can enjoy wonderful views of the city, some of its spectacular historic buildings and the sea.
The only small drawback of this apartment is that it is located on the 4th floor, a small effort will be required to take you to a unique place in the city (VERY IMPORTANT NO LIFT!).
It is located in the heart of the fashionable neighbourhood of Sa Gerreria in Palma, a neighbourhood with a lot of essence with all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops and urban art. You don't have to worry about noise or anything similar, as it is located in the penthouse and on a very quiet street, you can rest from the murmur generated by the cities and at the same time have all the amenities at your fingertips. Located 250 metres from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major and only 800 metres from Plaça d'Espanya where most public transport is centralised (Sóller Train, Airport Bus, Buses to all destinations on the island).
Rules:
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, you can smoke on any of the terraces always being careful with the cigarette butts.
-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the apartment.
-Please respect the community areas: stairs and corridors, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any member of your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without refunding the amount already paid for the reservation, and also keeping the deposit.
