Fantastic newly renovated duplex-style holiday house with private garage, living room-kitchen, bedroom with en suite bathroom located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. It has a capacity for 2 people.
Distribution: On the ground floor you will find the garage with a bathroom with shower; on the first floor the living room with TV and double sofa bed next to the fully equipped kitchen. On the upper floor the bedroom is en suite, with a bathroom with shower. We can install a cot, upon request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
DUPLEX PALMA APARTMENT is located in an ideal area for families, right in the historic center. You'll find everything close such as restaurants, for example "Raimundo burger" (at 50m), supermarkets, for example "Bip Sa Gerreria" open every day (at 500 m), sandy beaches, the closest is "Ca'n Pere Antoni" which is only 1 km away.
If you decide no to rent a car, no worries, the closest bust station is 300m far from the house, and at the " Estación intermodal - Plaça d'Espanya" you'll find all the buses and trains taking you to the whole island. Private transportation is not required as the place is centrally located. You will be a 5-10 minute walk from the main attractions of the city such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig d'es Born.
"Sa Gerreria" is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and for its gastronomic offer. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has a great presence of urban art.
*The street is a bit narrow so parking a large car in the garage is difficult, preferably small or medium-sized cars. We apologize for any inconvenience beyond our control.
A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay.?

-It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, if you do not comply with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the accommodation.
-Please respect the community areas: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by anyone in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the accommodation regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any Return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with anyone throughout your stay, as there are no common areas.
