Huge villa located in s'Aranjassa, very close to Palma and very well communicated with all the roads of the island.
This fantastic property impresses with its large private swimming pool, next to a large barbecue area where you can relax and rest during your holidays. When you enter the villa there is a large and spacious living-dining room, it has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. It also has 3 complete bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and garden.
As a main feature, it has air conditioning (hot/cold) in all bedrooms. It has fantastic connections by road or motorway to be able to move to any point of the island, having several beaches of area to less than 4km of distance. The village, s'Aranjassa, is only 500 metres away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). This house has air conditioning in the living room and in tall bedrooms. It also has central heating.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
