We are pleased to offer you a unique experience at our property, located in a lively nightlife area. We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, so it is important to note that Friday and Saturday nights can be a little noisier than usual due to the leisure activities that take place throughout the neighborhood. The house is well soundproofed but we understand that there may be guests who are more sensitive to noise, in fact it has thick windows to mitigate the noise that may occur at night. On the ground floor, you'll be welcomed by a spacious living room featuring a cozy sofa, a Smart TV for entertainment, a practical desk, and a dining table for enjoying delicious meals together. The fully equipped kitchen with a laundry area and a bathroom with a shower completes this floor, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Head to the first floor to discover the three inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower and bathtub, as well as another Smart TV, adding a touch of luxury to your experience. Additionally, you'll find another bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a third bedroom with a double sofa bed, perfect for both children and adults. A second bathroom with a shower completes this floor, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.
