The plot is fenced, and while there are neighbors nearby, privacy is maintained. This charming, single-story house is equipped with gas central heating and features a cozy living room with satellite TV, perfect for relaxing on the sofas or armchair by the wood stove during colder days. The dining area is open to the living room, ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends. The independent kitchen, with a gas stove, is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, a pantry, and a small breakfast table. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are three bedrooms, each with AC and a closet. The first bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third has a single bed.
