Huge villa with private pool located in s'Aranjassa, very close to Palma and very well communicated with all the roads of the island.
This fantastic property stands out for its large private swimming pool, next to a large barbecue area where you can relax and rest during your holidays. When you enter the villa you enter through its large and spacious living-dining room, it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. It also has 2 complete bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and garden.
The main feature of the villa is its enormous garden area. It has fantastic connections by road or motorway to be able to move to any point of the island, having several beaches of area to less than 2km of distance. The village, s'Aranjassa, is only 800 metres away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house does not have air conditioning, although we will provide the necessary fans. There is also no heating.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
