The property is only 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the centre of Palma.
This villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large terrace at the front of the house. Up to 14 guests can be accommodated in total comfort. Two of the bedrooms are quadruple rooms with an en suite bathroom, consisting of two double beds. In addition, the interior of the villa has a bright living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The property also offers fibre internet connection and all the comforts for your enjoyment.
In addition, less than 250 metres away you will find regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in just 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house features air conditioning in the two bedrooms on the ground floor and in the living room. There are three bedrooms that do not have air conditioning but have fans. There is no central heating but all air conditioners have heat pump mode.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
