Property consisting of two apartments each with 4 beds situated on the outskirts of the small town of Peramola in the south of the Pyrenees in the region of Alt Urgell. The property has a communal garden with a large porch divided into two areas, one with table tennis and the other with a brick barbecue and bench. Next to the porch a children’s play area (swings, see-saw etc.). In town there is a large public swimming pool just five minutes walk from the apartments. The owners welcome their guests with a variety of local food products according to the season. ACCOMODATION CAL SERVERO 1 Cosy apartment situated on the first floor of the building.
